Rural Northern Michigan - Charlevoix, Emmet and Antrim Counties


Caseload 20-25 patients


3-6 visits per day


Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse


  • Shifts:
    Day shift only
  • Weekend:
    Required 1 weekend out of a 3-weekend schedule
  • Starts of Care for new clients
  • Routine Visits
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Regularly evaluate plans of care and update as-needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on how to follow care plans.
  • Promotes personal and patient safety.

Requirements


  • 2 years of experience
  • ACLS, BLS
  • Michigan State registered nurse license required
  • OASIS Experience, WOCN
  • EMR:
    Home care Home Base
  • Must be proficient with IVs, NPWT, ostomies, wound care, venipuncture.

Benefits and Compensation


  • Salary:
    $69 - 74 / hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.
