Dining Room Manager

The dining room manager assists in organizing, directing and evaluating all aspects of the food and beverage operation. The dining room manager ensures that the highest standards of food and beverage quality and service are maintained. Candidate must have previous experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in organizing, directing and evaluating food and beverage service.
Train and supervise staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
Purchase and control of inventory.
Receives and handles complaints concerning food, beverage or service.
Monitor revenues and expenses
Liaison between dining room and kitchen staff.
Ensure practice of health and safety regulations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
